
On April 1st, insignificant racked up two more accolades on what has been an impressive festival run so far.
The LA Webfest is one of the world’s first and longest running festivals for web series. The festival is now in its 14th year and insignificant was among the 139 Official Selections that were announced last evening by event host Jordan Mitchell-Love. The event will take place on May 4-5 at the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre in Hollywood.
Nominations for the LA Webfest will be announced on Friday, April 7.
Also yesterday, insignificant was named a Semi Finalist at the London Indie Short Festival across the pond. The winners of this festival will be announced on April 20th.

In addition to those two announcements, insignificant won for Best Web/TV Series at the Portland New Alternative Voices festival, was named a finalist at the Cusco Webfest and 4theatre Selections Festival, and won for Best LGBT Short at the New Jersey Shorts Awards Festival.



For those keeping track at home, this brings insignificant to a total of 12 official festival selections, 2 Finalist and 1 Semifinal Laurels, and 16 awards.
